EPOXY POWDER COATINGS
This kind of coating is specifically employed when the highest level of corrosion resistance is necessary. The majority of indoor applications for epoxy powder coating include protecting equipment or objects from direct sunlight. The final coat is uniform, seamless, and guarantees no peel-off. Low-gloss finishing often uses epoxy powder coating. It also has superior mechanical and chemical qualities.
Applications include furniture, underbody car parts, sports equipment, brass plumbing hardware fixtures, metal cabinets, ceiling panels and bathroom fittings.
EPOXY-POLYESTER POWDER COATINGS
Epoxy-Polyester Powder Coating necessitates that substrates not be exposed to the outside when used for High-gloss finishing. There are numerous surface effects available, including Wrinkles, Metallic, Leatherette, Rivers, etc.The coating’s benefits include a wide variety of colours, exceptional mechanical and corrosion protection, and a wide range of applications.
Applications include those for fans, refrigerators, geysers, generators, sewing machines, computer accessories, air conditioners, shelves for household items, cages, briefcases, and ornamental grills.
PURE POLYESTER POWDER COATINGS
Wherever the substrates are exposed to a lot of sunshine, pure polyester powder coating is employed best. It is resistant to overbaking, has outstanding mechanical qualities, and can survive changes in weather. Both heavy-glossy and semi-glossy finishes can be created using it.
Applications include floor grating fixtures, cable ducts, window and door frames, bicycle, bus, lorry chassis, bathrooms, and window/door frames made of steel. Additionally, it can be used to coat a variety of automotive components, including the horn, wipers, radiator grills, door handles, bumper, clutch lever, and many more.
SUPER DURABLE POWDER COATINGS
The Super Durable Polyester Powder, created with cutting-edge polyester resin technology and high-performance pigments, provides superb gloss and excellent colour retention. It is especially made for aluminium applications in architectural structures to provide long-lasting aesthetic and practical protection. There are no emissions or solvents used. It offers the highest level of film fluidity, durability, smoothness, and integrity. Without harming the environment, less waste and a clean coating are ensured. It performs better than required by AAMA 2604 (standard for Superior Performing Organic) and is very affordable.
Application: Extruded panel work on commercial structures, windows and door frames, playground equipment, fencing, recreational equipment, outdoor light posts, and much more.
Anti-Microbial Powder
For the duration of your product’s life, the nanotechnology-based antimicrobial powder will help to sanitise it from the inside out by preventing the growth or existence of harmful bacteria, fungus, moulds, and other microorganisms. Sharp Coating has all the necessary technology to produce such a wide range of powders in personalised colour, gloss, and finishes. The product complies with JIS Z 2801:2010 standards for quality.
Application: Hospital beds, lab furniture, radiators, kitchen and packing areas for food, home appliances, bank ATMs, steel doors and knobs, ticket machines, exercise equipment, bank lockers, fixtures for bathrooms, lifts, etc.
Zinc Primer
Sharp Zinc Primer is a powder coating primer with zinc that is intended to give mild steel improved corrosion resistance. It is a thermosetting, zinc-rich powder based on epoxy resin that can be used with electrostatic spraying machinery. It is advised to apply the top coat at the same location within 12 hours of applying the primer. The pieces should be heated for 10 minutes at 120–150°C (E.M.T.) if the delay is longer than 12 hours. The delay cannot last longer than 24 hours.
Low Bake Powder / Fast Cure
Low bake powder coating is a type of powder coating process used in the finishing of various products, such as metal parts and components. The term “low bake” refers to the curing or baking process that takes place after the powder coating is applied. This process is designed to cure the powder coating at a lower temperature and in a shorter time compared to traditional powder coating processes. The goal is to reduce energy consumption and increase production efficiency while maintaining the quality and durability of the coating.
Woodcoat Powder
A unique variety of polyurethane powder called WOODCOAT gives spectacular UV resistance in addition to a great wood finish effect through sublimation. The coating has great mechanical qualities since it adheres to both aluminium and steel very well.
PU Powder
PU powder paint, also known as polyurethane powder paint or PU powder coating, is a type of coating material used to provide a durable and attractive finish to various surfaces. It is a dry powder that is applied to a substrate, such as metal, and then cured through a heat-based process to create a hard, protective, and decorative finish.
